I lead from the belief that justice must be felt, not just promised. Whether in a policy room, a village hall, or on a global stage, I work to build systems that restore dignity, make memory part of healing, and unlock the agency of the people they serve. My career spans governments, grassroots movements, startups, and continental platforms because solutions to Africa’s biggest challenges demand that we work across boundaries. I carry the same intention into everything I do: connect people who would never meet, bring ideas from one sector to transform another, and refuse to accept this is how it’s always been as the final word. Leadership, for me, is not about holding the highest seat, it’s about creating the conditions for others to rise. I am a systems thinker, policy strategist, storyteller living at the intersection of justice, youth agency, and mental health in Africa
